Birth Planning Education and Support

Are you unsure of where to begin in starting your birth plan? Are all of the options overwhelming? Are you wanting continuous support during labor and birth? I am here to help you plan the birth you want to achieve!

Postpartum Prep + Support

I want you to be able to embrace parenthood with confidence and non-judgmental support. I focus on the mother’s healing, as well as helping the family as a whole adjust to their newest little family member. I can help you come up with the best postpartum care plan for you and your family.

Lactation Support

I can assist you with any general breastfeeding support you may need and work on correcting any problems that may arise so that you can have a successful breastfeeding journey.

Pricing

Labor + Birth Support

$800

  • 2-3 prenatal visits
  • Continuous call/text support for entire pregnancy
  • Help with creating your ideal birth plan
  • On-call labor support starting 2 weeks prior to estimated due date
  • Physical and emotional support during labor and birth
  • Non-medical pain and comfort measures during labor and birth
  • Continued support for 2 hours post birth
  • 1 postpartum session if desired
  • 3 weeks of call/text support postpartum

Birth Planning Education and Support

$200

  • 1-2 in-person or virtual meetings to discuss your birth preferences and go over all options
  • Build a customized birth plan to fit your goals
  • Unlimited text/call support for your entire pregnancy, during birth, and 2 weeks postpartum
  • Provide evidence based education
  • Self-paced birth education class provided
  • Does not include in-person labor support

Postpartum Prep and Support

In-Person: $35/hr (minimum 4 hours)

  • 1-2 prenatal visits to talk about postpartum education and support plan
  • Unlimited text/call support for the first 12 weeks postpartum
  • Lactation support and education
  • Support physical and emotional needs of mom
  • Assistance with light household chores including dishes, light laundry, meal prepping, grocery order pick-up
  • Help with sibling transitions
  • Provide local resources and referral
  • Hours are scheduled in 2-4 hour increments during the day

Lactation Support

$150 initial visit, $45/hr follow-up

  • Prenatal education to help prepare you for your breastfeeding journey
  • 1-2 hour in-home consultation postpartum that focuses on latch, feeding positions, and supply concerns
  • Unlimited text/call support for 1 week following initial consultation
  • Provide local resources and referrals if needed
