Birth Planning and Support

$400

The Birth Planning and Support package includes-

• Emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy and 2 weeks postpartum
• 2-3 in-person or virtual prenatal meetings last 1-2 hours
• Self-paced birth education class
• Unlimited call/text support for entire pregnancy, labor + birth, and 2 weeks postpartum
• Educational resources pertaining to pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and lactation
• Preparation for labor and birth, including a customized birth plan
• Partner support training (how to advocate for the birthing person. provide physical and emotional support, comfort measures for labor and birth, etc.)
• This package does not include in-person birth support

Labor and Birth Support

$900

Labor and Birth Support Package includes-

• Everything in the Birth Planning and Support package PLUS
  • On-call labor support from 38-42 weeks gestation
  • Continuous physical and emotional support during labor and birth
  • Non-medical pain and comfort measures during labor
  • Informational advocacy during labor
  • Support for 2 hours post birth
  • 1 in-person or virtual postpartum check-in
  • 2 weeks of unlimited call/text support after birth
  • Lactation Support

Full Postpartum Support

Daytime Hours $40/hour

The Full Postpartum Support package includes-

• 1-2 in-person prenatal meetings to discuss what your goals are for postpartum and what you want that time to look like
• Each in-home visit is 2-4 hours long and can include any of the following services during each visit-
  • Light cleaning and wash dishes/load dishwasher
  • Clean bottles and pump parts
  • Wash, fold, and put away baby laundry
  • Tend to baby while mom rests, showers, etc
  • Grocery shop or pick-up grocery orders
  • Restock changing area
• Lactation Support
• Unlimited call/text support in between scheduled visits
• Afternoon hours (4-9pm) can be scheduled for $45/hour
• 15% discount on postpartum care if booked with labor and birth support

Postpartum Planning and Support

$200

The Postpartum Planning and Support package includes-

• 1-2 in-person or virtual prenatal appointments to discuss a postpartum plan that will allow you to have confidence going into the postpartum period
• One in-person or virtual postpartum visit check-in lasting 1-2 hours
• Educational resources pertaining to postpartum recovery and lactation
• Unlimited call/text support for 6 weeks following birth

Lactation Education and Support

$150

Lactation Education and Support package includes-

• In-home consultation lasting 1-2 hours
• Assessment of mom’s health, birth experience, and breastfeeding goals
• Evaluation of baby’s latch, positioning, and feeding behaviors.
• Discussion of any immediate concerns (nipple pain, milk supply, or engorgement)
• Establish a personalized breastfeeding plan
• Education on basic principles of breastfeeding, including milk production, feeding frequency, and newborn cues
• Unlimited call/text support for 1 week following initial consultation only

Additional follow-ups can be scheduled for $50/hour
